NON-VEGAN COCONUT MILK POWDER is produced by spray drying fresh coconut milk which is extracted from the white coconut flesh. It provides coconut flavors at economical cost. It has versatile uses in dishes from curries to beverages. Its freshness is similar to a newly squeezed coconut milk. It is instant for direct usage and very convenient for food industrial uses.

Ingredients:
Fresh Coconut Cream, Maltodextrin, Sodium Caseinate (Milk Protein), Hydrogenated Palm Oil, Stabilizer (E340, E415), Emulsifiers (E471, e472e, E451), Free Flowing Agent (E551), Permitted Food Conditioner (E331iii) and Flavouring.

Usage:
As a food ingredient to impart coconut flavors in Beverages, Drinks, Colada Mixes, Curries, Sauces and Pastes, Ice-creams, Smoothies, Candies, Chocolates, Biscuits, Cookies, Cakes, Waffles, Desserts, Puddings, Yogurts, Jellies, Coconut Bread-Spread, etc.

Usage Instruction:
Use directly or dissolve into lukewarm water until desired taste.
Mix one part powder to two parts water for coconut cream preparation.

Shelf Life:
24 months in its original packaging under proper storage conditions.

Storage/Handling:

  1. Store the product at room temperature.
  2. Avoid exposure to direct sunlight and heat.
  3. The storage condition must be clean, dry and ventilated.
  4. Once the packaging is opened, the product should be kept in air-tight container.
