Coconut Cream

COCONUT CREAM is a pure liquid extracted from the fresh mature coconut flesh. It is processed by the Ultra High Temperature (UHT) and aseptically packed without any chemical, preservatives and additives. It is uniquely flavorful, multipurpose food ingredient widely used in the foods processing industries as a main taste component for a smooth and refined texture in the making of dishes such as curries, puddings, ice-creams and beverages.

It is used as a food ingredient to impart coconut flavors with wide application in the cooking of curries, sauces, beverages, drinks, colada mixes, ice-creams, smoothies, desserts, puddings, yogurts, jellies, coconut bread spread, dressings, etc.

Usage Instruction:
Shake well before use. Use directly or dilute product with water for lighter flavors.

Shelf Life:
18 months from the production date under proper storage conditions


  1. The product shall be stored at ambient temperature (recommended 25° – 30°C) for optimum shelf life. Store in a dry and well-ventilated area, away from direct sunlight and heat.
  2. Product will solidify under temperature below 20°C or 68°F, but can be thawed for use without significant degradation.
  3. Do not freeze as this will cause water part separation and degrade product quality upon thawing.
  4. Once the packaging is opened, the product should be kept in airtight container, refrigerate, and use within 5 days.

    20L aseptically filled in food grade Metalized Aseptic bag and outer carton box.
    20ft FCL (without pallet) = 900 cartons x 20L
    20ft FCL (with pallet) = 720 cartons x 20L
